RETURN POLICY

• If the goods are found to be defective, the consumer has the right to request the seller to eliminate the defect (repair or replace the goods free of charge, reduce the price) or withdraw from the contract.

• Repair and replacement of the goods are the primary rights of the consumer. The customer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the goods free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost.

• The goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, so that the customer does not face a significant delay, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which he purchased the goods.

• Repair or replacement of the goods free of charge means that the seller will bear all costs (including postage, labor and material costs) necessary to ensure that the goods conform to the terms of the contract.

• The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the goods or to refuse the contract if one of the following conditions exists:

a) the goods cannot be repaired or replaced;
b) the trader did not repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time and the consumer lost interest in the performance of the contract;
c) Repair or replacement of the goods by the seller will cause a significant delay to the customer.

• In the event of withdrawing from the contract, the customer has the right to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia.

• The customer has no right to refuse the contract if the defect of the goods is minor.

• When determining how disproportionate or disproportionately large an expense is, the following conditions will be taken into account:

a) the price of goods or services in case of compliance with the conditions stipulated in the contract;
b) the degree of non-compliance of the goods or services with the conditions stipulated in the contract;
c) an alternative possibility to eliminate the defect of the goods without creating a delay for the user.

RETURN CONDITIONS

When returning the product, the customer must have:

• payment receipt;
• Identity document;
• The product must be presented in its original form and packaging. without damages.

• The customer has the right to file a request to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days after receiving the item.

• The term is counted from the moment the item is handed over to the customer, with the expiration of this term, the customer loses the right to return the item.

• The company is obliged to return the amount paid to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the notification about the return of the goods by the customer, the fee for the returned item will be returned to the customer using the method of payment that the customer specified.

• The customer is obliged to return the goods to the company, immediately after sending the notification about the return of the item, but no later than 7 calendar days. After this period, the customer loses the right to return the goods.
